Using a holistic approach, we will work together to find the right balance for you.  Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle can be challenging, especially when you are busy, have a demanding career, juggling work-life balance, and have a full life.

My goal is to help you better understand food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your health, energy, balance, and happiness.

You can choose between the programs that I offer below or it can be customized to your specific needs and range from a single session to monthly coaching packages.

Empower Hour: 1:1 Coaching Session

Every client I work with starts with this Empower Hour appointment. Whether you are looking for support with your health, nutrition, fitness, rehab & recovery or your menopause journey, we start here. This highly personalized session can be centered around a specific area that you need coaching on to help you meet your goals. You will leave this call with a newfound clarity and direction to help you move forward. If you would like to continue working together after this session, we can discuss next steps.

Cost: $200 for 60 minutes

EMPOWERED: 1:1 Health & Fitness Coaching for Women in Midlife

EMPOWERED Health coaching is a women’s solution to feeling “blah” in midlife. The goal is to help you embrace this new phase of life and start redefining it in order to help you realize that this can be the best and most empowering time of your life. This 1:1 coaching program will guide you through exactly what you should be doing when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits specific to women in midlife.

If you find yourself navigating weight changes, persistent fatigue, dietary confusion, or struggling to find the right balance in your wellness journey during midlife, this coaching is designed to provide the answers and support you need.

Investment: $400/month

Single Session Coaching Pricing:

  • 60 minutes: $200

  • 45 minutes: $175

  • 30 minutes: $125
